 简历:
  喻子牛,博士,研究员。2005年初入选中科院“引进国外杰出人才计划”(),进入南海海洋研究所工作。1979-83年间于湖南师范大学生物系学习,获学士学位;1986年山东大学生物系研究生毕业,获硕士学位,同年进入青岛海洋大学,从事水产生物遗传学与育种学的教学和科研工作;1997年在青岛海洋大学获博士学位;1997-2004年间分别在美国两所大学(University of Delaware和The State University of New Jersey)作为博士后和研究员从事了5年多的海洋贝类遗传学与分子生物学研究。

 研究领域:
  1) 贝类遗传学与育种研究 (Genetics and Breeding Studies of Mollusks): 开发、利用微卫星、线粒体DNA等分子标记,进行遗传多样性、群体遗传结构解析、育种过程中遗传变化的监测与评价、种类鉴定等;通过连锁分析进行遗传连锁图构建;利用家系选择、群体选择、杂交等方法和分子标记进行牡蛎优良品种培育;开展南海砗磲的人工繁育、培育和人工放流增殖,以及繁育、共生的分子基础和基因组研究。 2)贝类功能基因与基因组学 (Gene and Genomics Studies of Mollusks): 通过性状相关的功能基因筛选、克隆、表达分析, 以及转录组、表达谱、蛋白组和基因组测序分析,解析、研究牡蛎等贝类的免疫、抗逆、生殖及其他生理过程或性状表达的分子基础,研究其分子水平的功能和调控,认识贝类生命过程机理,并为性状解析、良种培育提供可供利用的基因、基因组信息和工具。 3)贝类线粒体基因组与分子系统学 (Mitochondrial Genome and Molecular Phylogenetics in Mollusks): 通过线粒体基因组测序和分析,运用分子系统学理论和方法,研究、比较贝类线粒体基因组的结构与变化、基因重排及其进化,进行种类鉴定;解析并探讨贝类种、属、科等各种类间、类群间的系统关系和地位。
