漆淑华，博士，研究员，博士生导师。于中国科学院昆明植物研究所植物化学国家重点实验室获博士学位，香港科技大学进行博士后研究，加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学做高级访问学者。近年来围绕海洋天然药物的创新性发现及其基础性科学问题开展研究，取得的主要学术成绩包括：从近海和深海海洋生物及沉积物中分离鉴定了约1200株海洋特境微生物；从43种海洋生物中分离鉴定了约1500个天然化合物，其中新化合物约300个；发现100多个化合物有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗生物膜形成、抗污损、调节激酶活力、调节细胞内钙离子浓度等生物活性，发现10种新药先导化合物，探究了部分活性显著化合物的构效关系和作用机制；获得1个抗肿瘤和1个抗病毒海洋新药候选物；获得多个海上防污损效果显著的海洋天然防污剂；构建了一个海洋天然化合物和海洋特境微生物菌株资源库。已发表137篇学术文章，包括100篇SCI论文（其中近5年第一通讯作者43篇），获国家发明专利授权26项(其中第一发明人22项)；参编中文专著4部，撰写英文电子图书1章，获2007年国家科技进步二等奖1项和2004年海南省科技进步特等奖1项。已培养10多名博士和硕士研究生。 |
